Player Evaluation and Development Program

DC Dynasty is a player development based organization. This program welcomes current and future players seeking a true and objective evaluation of their baseball abilities and overall potential. The program entails a one on one workout with our most experienced coaches to evaluate throwing, catching, defense, hitting and overall athleticism. Workouts can be specific based on position. If you are a catcher, please bring your own gear. The session also includes a face-to-face meeting with the player and their family to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the evaluation and give constructive feedback to help formulate the best plan for baseball development.
