This is a 6 week fall session for players that are serious about training. We will work on both the mental and physical side of hitting. Our primary goal is to improve confidence through repetition and success in our drills. Players will be given a tangible goal of improving both their bat speed and ball exit speed throughout the 6 week session. Players will leave with a better idea of plate coverage and what it means to have a plan when you step in the box.
Fall Schedule 6 weeks (September 9th-October 15th):
- Saturdays – 10u - 12u (4:00-5:30pm)
- Sundays – 13u - 18u (4:00-5:30pm)
