Making this payment ensures your requested and agreed upon times for 2023-24 winter season rentals. Please keep all receipts as proof of payment. DC Dynasty reserves the right to cancel these terms and refund your money at our discretion. Important Reminders for Rental Groups:
Failure to follow the below specifics your rental is subject to cancellation at any time, per our DC Dynasty admin team. All organizations and teams are responsible for their own liability insurance during your agreed upon times. Please do not remit rental payments if you do not agree to these terms.

*Open and Close Policy: If you will arrive at a time no one is present you will be given a code to the door and will be responsible for opening the facility in preparation for your agreed upon time. If you are the last to leave, we ask that you lock and check both doors on your way out. Please enter through the front and not the side door. The front door has a stack of short steps and a DC Dynasty canopy above the door.
*Please remind all players and staff to wear turf shoes or indoor sneakers for the turf, absolutely no cleats on the turf field
*Please remind all players and coaches to not eat or bring anything other than water on to the turf field area
*Baseballs, tees, and helmets are included in your rental and we have two unisex bathrooms and water bottle filling station
*All organizations and teams should have their own insurance as DC Dynasty will no be responsible for any accidents you or your players initiate during drills or other activity.
*Absolutely no sunflower seeds or tobacco spitting of any kind.
*Please note that if parties are not agreeable to our terms, we reserve the right to cancel the rental at any time and at our discretion.
*Rental deposits are not refundable prior to a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel your session within 48 hours, you will lose your deposit money of 25% of the cost.
